高强钢纤维泵送混凝土的应用

摘    要:钢纤维混凝土与一般混凝土相比,抗折强度以及耐冲击、耐疲劳、抗爆等性能都有显著提高,改善了混凝土各项性能,特别是在不易于或不能配置钢筋的断面使用更为有效。钢纤维混凝土作为一种新型复合材料、成为混凝土科学发展的方向。结合京沪高速公路运河大桥C50钢纤维泵送混凝土的施工,阐述了高强钢纤维泵送混凝土的原材料选择、混凝土的配制以及在施工应用中取得的效果。

Abstract:Bending strength, impact, fatigue durability, anti ?detonating property of steel fibre concrete are remarkably improved as compared with common concret e. All properties on concrete are improved. The steel fibre concrete is used eff iciently especially in sections of which rebars aren't easily disposed or can't be dispoded. The steel fibre concrete is a direction of developing concrete scie nce as a kind of new composite material. Combining with construction of C50 stee l fibre pumping concrete in Nanyunhe large bridge of Jinghu expressway, the writ er elaborates selection of raw material of high?strength steel fibre pumping c oncrete, compound of concrete and effects in constructional application.
