| Abstract: | Based on the successful experience of the mandatory high penalty which has been carried out in American public works, analyzing the relationship and the actual condition of the implementation of the project surety bond in government-invested project entrusted to agentconstruction system at the present time by principle of eco-information, and finally proposes the conception of variety of surety bond which is to be carried out in agent-construction system project. |
