Analysis on adaptable design of small-sized and middle-sized variable departments

In order to improve the quality of design so as to make the departments meet the requirement of continuous development,this article suggested that the design of small-sized and middle-sized departments should be guided by the principle of adaptability,and also illustrated the concept and the design methods of adaptable department design in a specific and systematic way,using several top-level examples.At last,the article predicted the direction of the development of adaptable department design in the future.
