| 摘 要： | 介绍了引发工程项目风险事件的风险因素包括技术因素、人员因素、设备因素、材料因素及环境因素等，指出了风险管理的目标是通过有效的管理去避免项目风险的发生，论述了风险管理的过程包括风险识别、风险分析和评估、规划并决策、实施决策和检查。重点介绍了风险转移的方法——工程保险。
