| 摘 要： | 根据某建筑物的倾斜情况，通过采用锚杆静压桩对建筑物的加固处理、钻机干掏土措施对南侧进行迫降施工，建筑物的倾斜率在施工结束后达到目标值，由于对整个建筑物进行了基础托换等适当处理措施和有效的施工流程，加固后建筑物倾斜率不会增大，更不会反倾。

| Abstract: | According to inclination condition of the building,through applying anchor jacked pile to reinforce the building and using drilling dry soil to carry out forced landing of south side,the housing inclination rate achieves desired value after the construction.Since appropriate measures and effective construction procedure are adopted in the whole building,such as foundation underpinning and so on,the building inclination rate will not increase after the reinforcement and will not reversely incline as well. |
