| 摘 要： | 通过经济学中的博弈论这一分析工具,对房地产市场中的各个博弈方进行了行为分析,并在开发的各个阶段就博弈方的博弈行为进行了分析,以使规划师在城市规划时既要看到公共政策的公平性,又要从理性的角度去分析博弈方的策略选择,从而在规划实施过程中增强可操作性。

| Abstract: | Through the analyzing tool of game in economics,it gets the behavior analysis to each game in real estate market,and analyses the game behavior of each game from each phase of develop,to make the planners see the dispassion of public policy and analyze the strategy selection from rational person in city planning,and to strengthen the operability in planning carrying out. |
