基于土地流转的镇域村庄撤并规划探讨

针对在土地流转背景下，传统的村庄撤并规划原则和方法已经不适应城乡统筹发展需要的现状，从山东省临朐县沂山镇个案入手，在梳理土地流转和村庄布局的辩证关系的基础上，提出了与土地流转相适应的村庄撤并规划方案，为实现农村现代化和城乡统筹发展提供了保障。

As the background of land circulation, the traditional village merger planning principles and approaches can not meet the needs of urban-rural integration development. After recognizing the dialectical relationship between the land circulation and villages merger, taking Linqu Yishan town in Shandong province as an example, through detailed analysis the village distribution status and proposed the village merger planning adapt to land circulation, in order to provide the guarantee for balancing the rural modernization and the urban and rural development.
