| 摘 要： | 阐述了建筑企业知识转换的基本模式,对建筑企业的核心业务流程———投标过程和项目施工管理过程中的知识流和知识转换进行了分析,指出该过程中存在的问题,最后从企业文化、制度建设、组织等方面对建筑企业知识转换的改进途径提出了建议。
