| 摘 要： | 针对施工项目进度管理在项目施工中的重要性，介绍了施工进度管理的目标和指导思想，探讨了施工项目进度管理的原理，并对影响施工项目进度的因素进行了分析，提出了施工项目进度控制的措施，以实现建设投资预期的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

| Abstract: | In light of the importance of construction schedule management in project construction, the author introduces the target and guiding ideology of construction project schedule management, discusses its principle, analyzes the factors influenced construction project schedule, and proposes the measures to control the schedule, in order to achieve prospective economic, social and environmental benefits of capital investment. |
