| 摘 要： | 针对目前施工组织设计编制存在的缺陷,对现在的施工组织设计编制方法进行了改进,提出了具体改进的方法措施,使施工企业管理体制得到进一步完善,并在一定的资源条件下实现工程项目确定的目标。
