摘    要:分析了水泥混凝土路面板板底脱空的形成机理及其危害,通过建立水泥混凝土板三维有限元模型,得到了脱空混凝土板灌浆后的受力情况,发现不同工况下地基局部脱空均导致板角处应力较大,并进一步分析了灌浆体的弹性模量对路面板力学性能的影响。

Abstract:The formation mechanics and hazard of foundation void of concrete slab is analyzed in this paper.Here,the FEM software ANSYS is employed to build model and simulate the mechanical behavior of vacant concrete slab after grouting under four operating modes,and the result shows that there is great stress around the plate edges.Besides,the effect of young's modulus of grouting material to the mechanical property of road slab is studied furtherly.
