| Abstract: | The paper introduces the local report skills of the pipeline project of natural gas transmitting from Sichuan to East before the climbing embankment’s excavation and directional drilling during the main flood season of Qingyi River,illustrates the ideas,the ways,and the methods for the local reports of the excavation and directional drilling of Qingyi River climbing embankment during the main flood season,analyzes the features of the local reports during the main flood season,and introduces the coping strategies and the implementation effect of the strategies,so as to direct the reports in similar programs in future. |
