Abstract:This paper introduces the meaning of real estate brand and the necessity of brand strategy, points out that the foundation stone to implement brand strategy in realty enterprise is taking credibility as the basis, and discusses the establishment of credibility during implementing brand strategy, in order to promote the development of real estate enterprise brand.
