| 摘 要： | 阐述了CCCW涂料的防水保温机理和主要性能及特点,并以某新建住宅小区的外墙防水保温涂料施工为例,从基层处理、防水涂料施工、养护、防护层施工四个方面探讨了CCCW涂料的关键性施工技术,为今后我国该技术的推广和标准施工工法的制定积累经验。

| Abstract: | It illustrates the waterproof and insulation mechanism,the main properties and characteristics of CCCW coating,and takes the construction of external wall waterproof insulation coating in one newly built residential district for example,discusses the key construction technologies of CCCW coating from the following four aspects： the treatment of foundation,water-proof coating construction,maintain,and the construction of prevention layer,which accumulates experience for extending this technology in China in the future and the formulation of standard construction methods. |
