| 摘 要： | 为了更好的对商业地产项目立项阶段的投资风险进行评估，应用BP神经网络构建了风险评估模型，通过MATLAB神经网络工具箱训练和检验该模型，最后通过实际应用，结果比较准确。

| Abstract: | In order to have better evaluation of the investment risks at the feasibility study phase of the commercial real-estate,the paper applies the BP neural network to establish the risk evaluation model,trains and inspects the model with the tool box of the MATLAB neutral network,and indicates the result is accurate by the factual application. |
