| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of development of the reform for household heat metering in China,the paper analyzes the experience for the success in heat metering reform,sums up the problems in the current reform for heat metering,and points out the respective solutions,so as to enhance the orderly implementation of household heat metering in China. |
