| 摘 要： | 在建立风险因素集的基础上，将德尔菲法及多比例评分法与模糊综合评判法结合起来，建立了工程项目风险评价的模糊综合评判模型，在一定程度上解决了如何用数学方法分析和处理风险评价中大量存在的模糊问题。

| Abstract: | Based upon setting risk factor group,it combines Delphi method and multi-scale evaluating method with vague comprehensive judgment method,sets up vague comprehensive judging model of project program risk evaluation,which solves the problem of how to use mathematical method to analyze and process the vague problems in risk evaluation to some extent. |
