超声波法在桥梁桩基检测中的应用

摘    要:结合西安一商州高速公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩桩基检测实例,对超声波透视法原理、测试方法及测试步骤进行了阐述,通过观测和分析声波在混凝土介质中的传播参数与桩体强度的相联关系,对桥梁混凝土桩基缺陷和完整性进行了分析与判定,并就如何分析检测数据和桩身完整性判定进行了详细论述,结果表明:混凝土桩身存在质量问题时,声速明显减小,声波波形差。

Abstract:Combining with cast-in-place bored pile foundation detection case of Xi' an-Shangzhou highway, this article expounds ultrasonic perspective principle, testing method, and testing procedures. Through observing and analyzing the mutual relation between propagation parameter and pile body strength of the ultrasonic in concrete media, it discusses and determines the bridge concrete pile defects and integrity, and then demonstrates how to analyze and tell detection data and pile body integrity. Results show that : if there are quality problems in concrete pile, the ultrasonic speed will decrease, and the ultrasonic wave shape will be irregular.
