| 摘 要： | PSP(个体软件过程)是当前软件行业的重要技术。首先介绍和分析了个体软件过程的基本概念、进化框架和主要内容,接下来就PSP项目规划、时间管理和产品质量等实施问题进行了阐述,最后给出了PSP和CMM之间的联系。

This article firstly introduces the basic concept, the evolutionary frame and the main content of Personal Software Process. Then it expounds problems concerning the project planning, the time management and the software quality control. Finally the relation of PSP and CMM (Capacity Maturity Model) is also discussed. |
