摘    要:为了及时、准确地监测海洋环境下混凝土结构中的氯离子侵蚀过程和钢筋周围的氯离子浓度,基于电化学工作原理,制备了一种精度高、性能稳定的可埋入式固态Ag/AgCl工作电极.结果表明:粉压法制备的Ag/AgCl工作电极耐碱性好、响应时间短、稳定性和重现性均较好,电极电位与氯离子浓度的对数呈线性关系,符合Nernst方程;当工作温度为10~40℃时,温度对传感器电位值的影响可以忽略,当工作温度超过40℃时,传感器电位值要进行温度修正;干扰离子对电极电位没有影响;当7

Abstract:In order to monitor the whole process of chloride penetration into concrete and get the chloride concentration at the position of rebar timely and accurately,a solid-state chloride sensor which could be embedded in concrete with high sensitivity and stable performance was developed based on the theory of electrochemistry.The results show that Ag/AgCl electrode prepared by pressed powder method has good alkali resistance,short response time,stable performance and good reproducibility.The potential of the electrode is in linear relation with the logarithm of chloride concentration,conforming to Nernst equation.When the temperature is operated at 1040℃,the influence of temperature on the potential value of the sensor can be neglected.But,when the temperature is above 40℃,the temperature influences the potential value of the sensor a lot.A temperature correction coefficient is needed.When 7
