摘    要:以混凝土组合形式及预制底板自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土(SSC)的强度等级为变量,制作了5块SSC单向叠合板,通过静力加载试验,对其变形特征、破坏形态和裂缝开展情况进行了分析.结果 表明:5块单向叠合板表现出相似的变形特征;分形维数分析表明,适当提高预制底板SSC的强度等级,保证了叠合面不出现滑移;合理设计的半普通混凝土-半SSC和全SSC单向叠合板,均具有良好的整体性和较高的极限荷载,能够作为楼板使用.

Abstract:Based on the combination form of pre cast and post cast concrete and the strength grade of pre cast bottom slab concrete, three pieces of semi spontaneous combustion gangue sand light concrete, one piece of fully spontaneous combustion gangue sand light concrete and one piece of all ordinary concrete truss steel unidirectional composite slab are made, and the static loading test is carried out. The relationship between the load and the mid span deflection, the steel strain and the concrete strain of the composite slab is studied, and the fracture characteristics of the composite slab are analyzed with the fractal theory.The results show that: from the beginning of loading to failure, all specimens show similar stress characteristics and deformation characteristics. The change of composite form and strength of composite slab concrete does not cause the phenomenon of slip cracking on the composite surface, but weakens the tensile rigidity of the specimens to varying degrees. The fractal dimension analysis shows that the change of concrete combination form and strength has certain influence on the characteristic parameters of the composite slab, and it is suggested that the strength grade of the precast slab concrete should be increased properly. Truss steel bars have increased stiffness and superimposed surfaces subjected to shear, so that all specimen crack width and deflection meet the specification limit. It is safe and reliable to prepare laminated slab with spontaneous combustion gangue sand light concrete, and it is feasible to use it as structural floor slab.
