碱—矿渣水泥快速凝结的影响因素与机理研究

摘    要:研究了矿渣的细度、激发剂的主要参数、水胶比、缓凝剂的种类与掺量等方面对碱激发矿渣水泥凝结性能及强度的影响,并通过测定水化热、非蒸发水量、微孔分布等物化性能以对碱激发矿渣水泥快凝的机理进行分析,在此基础上讨论了合理、有效控制碱激发矿渣水泥快速凝结的技术途径。

Abstract:Fast setting of AAS (alkali activated slag) cement is the biggest obstacle for them to be used in practical engineering. The setting property and strength development of AAS cement were investigated with respect to the fineness of slag, main parameter of activator, the concentration of effective composition as well as the kind and incorporation of retarder. The mechanism of fast setting of AAS cement was analysed by means of hydration heat test, nonevaporable water measurement and mercury intrusion porosimetry. Based upon the test results, the technique of controlling the fast setting of AAS cement effectively is discussed.
