钢结构表面涂层材料抗风沙冲蚀力学性能研究

摘    要:分析了内蒙古中西部地区风沙冲蚀环境特征,通过测定钢结构涂层的厚度、密度、硬度、弹性模量、柔韧性、涂层与基材附着力等级等指标,研究了钢结构涂层材料抗冲蚀力学性能和不同风沙环境特征参数对涂层冲蚀的影响.结果表明:钢结构涂层的涂层硬度和弹性模量较小,而其柔韧性较大,涂层与基材附着力等级高;在风沙冲蚀过程中,涂层的冲蚀失重量均随着风沙流冲蚀速度的增大而显著增加,随着冲蚀下沙量的增加而增加,其在低角度冲蚀下的冲蚀失重量要大于高角度下的冲蚀失重量.

Abstract:The sandstorm erosion environmental characteristics of the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia were analyzed. Through the measurement of the thickness, density, hardness, elastic modulus, flexibility of the steel structure coating, adhesion grade indicators of the coating and substrate, the anti erosion mechanical properties of the steel structure coating material were investigated and the erosion influence of different sandstorm environment characteristic parameters to the coating were studied. As the hardness and elastic modulus of the steel structure coating are small, the flexibility of the steel structure coating is large, adhesion of the coating and the substrate is of the high level, it is shown that in the erosion process, the erosion mass loss of the coating increases with the erosion speed increasing, it also increases with erosion sand dose increasing, the erosion mass loss of the coating is greater at low angle erosion than at high angle erosion.
