陶瓷抛光废渣-石灰体系的反应特性

摘    要:以粉煤灰-石灰体系作为对比,从水化产物、结合水量、显微结构和制品强度等角度,研究了陶瓷抛光废渣-石灰体系在常温养护和蒸压养护条件下的反应特性.采用XRD,SEM,ICP-AES,FTIR等手段研究了该体系的反应过程和相关机理.结果表明,陶瓷抛光废渣一石灰体系在常温养护和蒸压养护条件下的反应能力均强于粉煤灰一石灰体系,其结合水量较多,水化产物钙硅摩尔比低,制品强度较高.陶瓷抛光废渣-石灰体系具有高反应能力的原因在于陶瓷抛光废渣中Si~(4+)大量快速溶出,且溶出量远大于Al~(3+)溶出量.陶瓷抛光废渣-石灰体系用于生产蒸压硅酸盐制品优于常用的粉煤灰-石灰体系.

Abstract:From hydration product,combined water amount,microstructure and product strength,reaction characteristics of ceramic polishing waste(CPW)-lime system was studied at room temperature curing and autoclaved curing by contrast with fly ash(FA)-lime system that is used widely in industry.XRD,SEM,ICP-AES and FTIR were used to research reaction progress,microstructure and reaction mechanism.The result show that reaction ability of CPW--lime system is stronger than FA-lime system at room temperature curing and autoclaved curing,CPW-lime system forms lower n(Ca)/n(Si)hydration product,it has more combined water amount and higher compressive strength.Higher reaction ability of CPW-lime system is due to more and faster dissolution of Si~(4+) than Al~(3+),thus CPW-lime system is advantageous over FA-lime system in the manufacture of autoclaved curing product.
