摘    要:在稻草板基础上提出了一种新型组合楼板形式,将稻草板和压型钢板通过自攻螺钉连接形成组合楼板,并对组合楼板进行了抗弯性能研究.试验测试了各级荷载作用下压型钢板及稻草板中的应变和组合楼板挠度,观察了组合楼板的破坏过程及破坏形态,探讨了组合楼板破坏机理及组合效应,获得了组合楼板的极限抗弯承载力.结果表明:试验所采用的组合方式比较合理,组合效应良好,楼板有较大的承载力,可以作为房屋楼板使用.在试验研究和理论分析基础上,提出了组合楼板极限承载力公式与变形计算公式,试验结果和理论计算结果吻合良好,验证了计算公式的可行性.

Abstract:A new type of composite slab was proposed based on the characteristics of strawboard. The profiled steel sheet strawboard composite slab was prepared by strawboard and profiled steel sheet connecting by self tapping. Experimental study on bending performance of this new composite slab was conducted. The strain changes in profiled steel sheet and strawboard was observed. The deflection of the composite floor, damage process and failure modes of the composite slab were also observed. The damage mechanism and combined effect of the slab was investigated. The ultimate flexural capacities of composite slabs were obtained. The experimental results indicate that the combination approach is reasonable, and the combination effect is good, the slab has a larger capacity, and it can be used as building floor. Through experimental study and theoretical analysis, the formula of ultimate bearing capacity and the calculation formula of deformation are put forward. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results, and the feasibility of the calculation formula is verified.
