建筑模网夹芯混凝土增强机理研究

摘    要:在建筑模网内部浇筑免振捣大掺量粉煤灰(50%,富裕系数1.4)混凝土,构成帝枇(Dipy)建筑模网夹芯混凝土,研究表明,该模网的Dipy效应,可显著增强混凝土强度,14~20d就可达到混凝土设计的强度等级,56d为设计强度(C15或C20)的1.2~2.0倍。

Abstract:The sandwich concrete is formed by casting non-vibration concrete(50%, the surplus rate is1.4) containing large quantity of fly ash into Dipy construction formwork. The study shows that Dipyformwork can increase the compressive strength of concrete markedly which can reach the grade ofcompressive strength at the ages of 14 to 20 days, and its compressive strength at the age of 56 days is1.2~2.0 times the designed strength.
