河北省红色旅游区的保护性规划发展

本文以河北省红色旅游区的发展规划为例，对红色旅游资源的形成、特点及其空间分布进行了研究．通过对河北省红色旅游资源分析评价，建构了对革命遗址保护与利用研究的战略框架，探讨了红色旅游资源的整合开发，加强区域间的协调发展，在发展模式上采取“红＋绿”的可持续发展道路。最后，从弘扬红色文化区域特色的角度，提出了革命遗址保护与利用的原则与策略。

Protection and Development Planning of the Red Tourism Region in Hebei Province

This paper takes the Hebei Province red tourist area＇s development as an example, study on the red tourist resources formation, characteristic and the spatial distribution. Based on the analysis of the Hebei Province red tourist resources, construct strategic plan to the revolution site protection and usage, discuss the red tourist resources development, strengthens coordinated development in the region, take the sustainable development of the ＂red ＋ green＂ mode. Finally, from the development of the characteristic of red cultural region, propose the principle and strategy of revolution site protection and usage.
