超高落差重力长输管道多级减压方案优选研究

摘    要:结合我国西北地区某重力流长输管道工程实例,通过多种设置减压阀方案进行管道多级减压分析研究。结果表明,在长距离大落差重力输水管道上通过合理设置减压恒压阀和调压井能有效消除管道运行时的富裕水头,保证管道安全运行。

Optimization of multi-level decompression program with super high drop gravity in long distance distribution pipelines

Abstract:A variety of pressure reducing valve programs were made to analyse the multi-level decompression taking a gravity flow for long distance distribution pipeline engineering in northwest of China as an example. The results showed that the decompression constant pressure valve and surge shaft set on the long distance and high drop gravity distribution pipeline could effectively eliminate the surplus water head and ensure the safe operation of pipeline.
