| 摘 要： | 随着电涌保护器（SPD）防护技术的普及，在线SPD数量越来越多．但安装多年的低压线路在线SPD的安全性能问题并未引起业主的足够重视。文章列举了在线SPD安全性能维护、检测的相关规范要求．探讨了实际在线SPD检测过程中存在的一些问题，提出一种在线SPD实时动态监测、管理系统，并对该系统的软、硬件构架及功能进行了介绍。
