| 摘 要： | 从基础设施管理改革、价格机制和天然气交易平台等方面对欧洲天然气市场化发展现状进行分析。提出建议:中国在推进天然气市场化的过程中,应加快制定天然气法,为天然气市场化发展提供法律保障;积极推进基础设施第三方准入;制定明确的天然气价格机制;优化天然气交易平台的运行。

| Abstract: | The development status of European natural gas marketization is analyzed from the aspects of infrastructure management reform,price mechanism and natural gas trading platform. Suggestions are put forward: in the process of promoting the natural gas marketization,China should speed up the formulation of natural gas law to provide legal guarantee for the development of natural gas marketization,actively promote the third-party access of infrastructure,formulate a clear natural gas price mechanism,and optimize the operation of natural gas trading platform. |
