| Abstract: | Taking the heat-supply system of heat and power plant in Tangshan City for example, the decentralized make-up water mode of secondary circuit will be canceled,and the centralized make-up water station will be built.After being softened,the reclaimed water replaces the softened water,and as the make-up water of primary circuit,it is added from the primary circuit into the secondary circuit.The technical scheme is introduced,and the social and economic benefits after the reconstruction are ana- lyzed. |
