配煤炼焦的工业性试验

摘    要:通过对几种常用炼焦煤的工业分析、粘结指数、胶质层指数、奥亚膨胀度、镜质组最大反射率和岩相组成等的测试分析,按不同的配比作出了9种配煤方案,并将配合煤放入20kg实验焦炉中进行炼焦试验后,对焦炭性质、筛分组成、粒反应性、微观强度等进行了试验和分析,得出了生产二级冶金焦的最佳配煤方案。

Abstract:On the basis of practice, by means of testing and analyzing the proximate analysis, agglutination index, plasticity index , Audibert-Arnu dilatation, vitrinite maximum reflectance, petrographic constituents of some common coals, nine blending coals precepts are got according to different mixing proportions. Properties of coke produced from 20 kg coke oven such as quality, sieve classification constitution, shot coke reactivity, micro-strength are experimented and analyzed, and the best mixing proportion scheme is got to produce the second class metallurgical coke. Mixing some powdered coke into coal can improve the blockness and abrasiveness on condition that the caking properties is sufficient.
