高风温无焰燃烧锅炉的节能与环保特性

摘    要:探讨了高风温无焰燃烧锅炉的节能与环保潜力。研究表明:高效烟气余热回收、低空气系数、良好的火焰特性使高风温无焰燃烧锅炉的燃料节约率达55%,同时CO2排放可减少55%;炉内良好的火焰特性、炉内烟气再循环和分级燃烧使新型锅炉的NOx排放极低。

Abstract:A new boiler, called high-temperature flameless combustion boiler, is introduced in this paper, and its feature about energy-saving and pollutant reduction is studied. Analysis shows that high efficient heat-recirculation and low air excess ratio and good flame behavior lay out a high heat transfer performance with more than 55 % reduction of fuel savings and CO 2 to the environment. Good flame feature and large recirculation of the exit gases inside the furnace and graded combustion result in extremely low NOx emission levels. This paper makes a preliminary analysis and exploratory study of the new boiler.
