摘    要:基于分阶段变质量流量调节方式,将传统动力集中式供热系统作为比较对象,分析分布式循环泵供热系统在各调节阶段循环泵轴功率节约率,以及在供暖期循环泵能耗节约率的计算方法。结合算例,分析室外温度、干管长度对循环泵轴功率节约率的影响。比较同一供热系统在北京、承德、哈尔滨供暖期循环泵能耗的节约率,一般供暖期越长,循环泵能耗节约率越低。

Abstract:Based on variable flow control mode in stages, the saving ratio of circulating pump shaft power of distributed circulating pump heat-supply system in different stages as well as the calculation method of the saving ratio of circulating pump energy consumption in the heating period are analyzed in comparison with the centralized heating system using conventional power. The effects of the outdoor temperature and the length of the main pipe on the saving ratio of circulating pump shaft power are analyzed with an example. The saving ratios of circulating pump energy consumption of distributed circulating pump heat-supply system in the heating period in Beijing, Chengde and Harbin are compared. In general, the longer the heating period, the lower the saving ratio of circulating pump energy consumption.
