污水换热器污垢热阻特性研究

摘    要:通过实验方法测定了不锈钢、铜两种材质的螺旋管换热器在不同污水水浴温度下的污垢热阻随时间的变化规律,在污水条件下,铜制螺旋管换热器具有更好的传热特性。采用质量分析法和X射线衍射分析,得出污垢以微生物垢为主。

Abstract:The variation rules of fouling heat resistance of spiral tube heat exchanger made of stainless steel and copper with time at different sewage bath temperatures are determined experimentally. The spiral tube heat exchanger made of copper has a better heat transfer efficiency in sewage. By using gravimetric method and analyzing X-ray diffraction of fouling sample, it is found that the bio-fouling in heat exchanger is dominant in sewage.
