摘    要:长期以来,中小矿山企业规模小、融资难、勘查开发投入不足、资源储量不清等特点,严重制约了中小矿山企业发展。通过研究中小矿山资源影响因素,利用层次分析法(AHP)和决策试验和评价实验室法(DE⁃MATEL)作为数学模型体系,创建了一套基于24个指标的矿山评级模型,包括定量和定性两种指标。对目标矿山资源做出快速客观的评级,评价结果体现为评级分值+评级分析报告。评级结果快速易懂,客观科学的评价矿山潜在资源与价值,增强企业知名度和风险管控能力,助推资源与资本、技术的融合,实现中小矿山企业健康绿色发展。

Abstract:For a long time, the development of small and medium-sized mining enterprises has been seriously restricted by the characteristics of small scale, difficult financing, insufficient investment in exploration and development and unclear resource reserves. Based on the study of the factors affecting the resources of small and medium-sized mines, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and decision-making test and evaluation laboratory method (DEMATEL) are used as the mathematical model system to establish a mine rating model based on 24 indicators, including quantitative and qualitative indicators. The evaluation results are reflected in the rating score + rating analysis report. The rating results are quick and easy to understand, objectively and scientifically evaluate the potential resources and value of mines, enhance the popularity of enterprises and the ability of risk control, boost the integration of resources, capital and technology, and realize the healthy and green development of small and medium-sized mining enterprises.
