我国普通建材用砂石土类矿产开发利用若干问题的探讨

文章结合非金属矿的传统分类方法及对砂、石、土矿产的特征属性,定义了普通建筑材料用矿产。以其为研究对象,结合相应的统计数据,梳理了近十年来普通建筑材料用砂石土类矿产的开发利用总体情况;研究砂石土在国民经济与社会城镇化进程中的经济属性、价值规律;分析在砂石土类矿产管理工作中存在的影响因素,总结当前砂石土矿产开发利用面临的挑战,提出在开采管理和生态补偿上的政策建议。

Discussion on issues of development and utilization of domestic sand, stone and clay for building materials

Based on the traditional classification methods of non-metallic ores and the characteristic attributes of the minerals of sand, stone and clay, this paper defined the minerals used in ordinary building materials. Combining with the corresponding statistical data, the author summarized the general situation of exploitation and utilization of sand, stone and clay used for construction in the last decade, investigated the economic properties and the law of value in the process of national economy and urbanization, analyzed the influencing factors of the management of sand, stone and clay, summarized the current challenges in exploitation and utilization, and puts forward policy recommendations on mining management and ecological compensation.
