喷釉法制备烧结页岩装饰砖及其性能研究

摘    要:为进一步实现烧结页岩装饰砖的实验室成果推广,通过将烧结页岩装饰砖与普通烧结页岩砖试件的理化成分与微观结构进行对比分析,再进行抗压强度对比试验,吸水率试验,冻融循环对比试验,得出烧结页岩装饰砖强度、吸水率及抗冻性能要优于普通烧结页岩砖。烧结页岩装饰砖可以达到GB/T32982-2016《烧结装饰砖》国家标准的相关技术要求,有一定的成果推广价值。

Abstract:In order to further realize the laboratory results of fired shale decorative bricks,the physical and chemical components and microstructure of fired shale decorative bricks and ordinary fired shale brick specimens are compared and analyzed,then the compressive strength comparison test is carried out,and the water absorption rate test is carried out.The freeze-thaw cycle comparison test shows that the strength,water absorption and frost resistance of fired shale decorative bricks are better than ordinary fired shale bricks.Fired shale decorative bricks can meet the relevant technical requirements of GB/T32982-2016“Fired decorative bricks”,and have certain results to promote the value.
