| 摘 要： | 多目标综合效果测度法是一种非常有效的系统优化评价方法。本文建立以经济、技术和人文环保指标为内容的供热热源方案评价指标体系,提出了方案优选综合效果测度法,结合工程实例介绍了该方法的计算过程。

| Abstract: | Multi-objective comprehensive effect measure is a kind of effective evaluation method of system optimizing. This article establishes the evaluation system of heat supply project from economic, technologic and environmental aspects, puts forwards the project priority comprehensive effect measure and introduces its evaluation process according to engineering examples. |
