以天津科学技术馆为例研究既有公共建筑的节能改造

以天津科学技术馆为例，通过进行外檐节能改造前后能耗计算比较，提出对既有建筑进行围护结构节能改造，虽然初投资较大，但是节能效果和投资回收效益是巨大的。证明了既有公共建筑节能改造是经济的、可行的。

And it is proven that existent public building reconstruct is economical, feasible.
