摘    要:通过对一 18层商住楼的动力时程分析 ,研究了转换层的设置位置、转换层以下和以上结构的刚度、刚度比、层屈服强度等因素对建筑物的抗震性能的影响 ,从而得出带高位转换层的高层建筑在地震作用下的特殊性质

Abstract:By the time\|history analysis of a 18\|storied tall building that used as shop and residence, the paper analyses the effects of the factors, such as the location of the transfer story, the superstructure stiffness, the substructure stiffness, their stiffness ratio, the story\|yield strength etc on the building′s seismic properties. and gives the special properties of the high\|rise building with transfer story under the action of earthquake.
