锈蚀钢筋的力学性能退化研究

摘    要:从现场采样、试验室加速模拟腐蚀及模拟制作三个途径获取试件,通过对试件的拉伸试验,其结果表明:随钢筋锈蚀率的增加,钢筋的强度、延伸率随之下降。根据锈蚀钢筋的有限元分析,钢筋拉伸状态下的应力分布存在应力集中现象,随锈蚀率的增加,应力集中现象越趋明显。根据试验结果与分析结果的统计分析,提出锈蚀钢筋的应力与应变关系。

Abstract:The testing samples of corroded steel bar were collected from three ways,which are corroded reinforced concrete element,accelerated corrosion in laboratory and simulation of mechanical processing.The results of tension test indicate that the strength and ductility of steel bar reduce as corrosion rate of steel bar.According to the result of analytical results by finite element method,the stress concentration was found at the corrosion region;the higher corrosion rate is,the more distinct the stress concentration is.The relationship of stress and strain of corroded steel bar based on the results of testing and analysis is presented.
