碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土受弯构件的疲劳性能研究

摘    要:进行了两种不同应力水平下碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土板的疲劳试验和普通钢筋混凝土板的疲劳对比试验。试验中对构件进行了从开始到疲劳破坏的全程观测,包括了裂缝的出现和发展,混凝土、钢筋和碳纤维应变变化,构件挠度变化等。试验结果表明,碳纤维对改善受弯构件的抗疲劳性能,延长疲劳寿命很有效。其中粘结胶体性能的好坏对能否充分发挥碳纤维布材料优势有很大的影响。基于平截面假定,指出了构件截面在疲劳过程中应力重分布的规律。

Abstract:In this paper,the fatigue characteristics of RC bending members strengthened with CFRP are researched by fatigue experiment.The four specimens are divided into two groups according to two different stress level,each group includes one control specimen without CFRP and one strengthened with CFRP after occurring fatigue damage.Through the whole process,the crack width is observed;curves of deflection-number of cycles are dscirbed;the strain of steel bars and CFRP are recorded.The main results obtained from the tests are;the characteristics of a RC bending members retrofitted with CFRP have been greatly improved.The fatigue behavior of epoxy has very big influence on fully amplifying the advantage of material.Based on the assumption of plane,the regulation of a time-dependent redistribution of stress is pointed out.
