某砌体结构火灾后的鉴定分析与处理

通过某砌体结构火灾后的鉴定分析与处理,探讨了砌体结构房屋火灾后进行检测鉴定的方法和内容。根据构件遭受火灾后混凝土的颜色、烧损深度及现场残留物的变态温度等初步勘测情况,把火灾温度划为3个等级,给出了各等级含义及特征,并给出了火灾温度区域分布图。由于火灾对建筑物造成的影响具有一定的不确定性,与普通建筑物的检测鉴定工作相比,对受火灾损伤的建筑物结构安全性更难于直接准确的进行评估。检测中针对火灾对建筑结构的损害特点和受损构件在结构中的受力特点,采用多种检测方法进行比较和分析,能较为客观、准确地确认建筑物的受害情况和损坏程度。结合现场专项调查结果,给出了相应的处理措施,效果良好,可为同类事故作参考。

POST-FIRE IDENTIFICATION AND TREATMENT FOR MASONRY STRUCTURE BUILDINGS

Through identification and treatment of a masonry structure after fire,discuss the content and method of the masonry structure post-fire detection and identification. According to preliminary investigation about the color,loss of depth and site residues transformation temperature of post-fire concrete,the fire temperature is divided into three grades,and each grade is given meaning and characteristics,and gives the map of regional distribution of fire temperature. Because the influence of fire on building is uncertain,it is rather difficult to evaluate the safety of building after fire compared with the detection and identification work on ordinary building. In the light of the damage characteristics of building structure about fire and the stress characteristics of the damaged component in the structure,Using a variety of detection methods are compared and analyzed,the building victimization and the extent of the damage can be confirmed objectively and accurately. Combined with the results of field survey,given the corresponding treatment measures,the effect is good,can as a reference for similar accidents.
