印度尼西亚全运会主体育场预应力钢结构施工技术

摘    要:该体育场是印度尼西亚2008年全运会主体育场,屋盖采用预应力斜拉网格结构。通过Midas/Gen软件分析得到设计张拉索力,并且对施工过程进行了详细的施工仿真计算分析。介绍钢结构安装、预应力拉索安装及张拉等施工过程。根据工程特点,提出对同一根柱子采用前后拉索同时张拉的施工方法。并对张拉过程中钢结构应力、拉索索力、结构竖向变形等进行施工监测,结合施工仿真计算结果,提出了监测结果的合理性和正确性。

Abstract:The stadium is built for 2008 Indonesian countrywide game.The cable stayed grid structure is used for the stadium.The designd tensile force is gained from the calculation software of Midas/Gen. And the simulation calculation is carried out in detail according to the construction course.The construction courses of steel and cable are introduced.According to character of this project,the construction methods which used front and back cable tension of the same pillar in the same time are provided.The steel stress,the cable force and the distortion are monitored in the course of prestress.According to the construction simulation results,the rationality and correctness of construction monitoring result are proved.
