厚板焊接残余应力有限元分析

摘    要:根据热弹塑应力理论、有限元增量理论,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对于厚板建立有限元模型,模拟分层焊接过程,查看不同分层过程对厚度方向残余应力分布的影响。研究I形、V形、X形坡口焊接,分析不同坡口形式对焊接残余应力的影响。分析结果表明,厚板分层焊接能降低焊接残余应力,坡口的选择对残余应力有明显影响。为残余应力的理论分析提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the theory of thermal elasto-plastic stress analysis and the increment theory of finite element,finite element software ANSYS is used to set up a model of the thick plate finite element,which simulates the lamination welding process and examinates the effect of different lamination process on thickness direction residual stress distribution.Studying I shape,V shape and X shape bevel weldings,are studied and the effects of different bevel shape form butt welds on the residual stress are analyzed.The analysis results indicate that the thick plate lamination weldmg can reduce the welding residual stress,the bevel shape's choice has a obvious influence to the residual stress.It provides the reference for the theoretic analysis of residual stress.
