铁路分离式立交桥叠合箱型钢梁制造技术

箱型钢梁体积和重量大;零部件多,结构复杂,制作精度要求高,因此采用工厂整体预拼装一体化建造方案是保证箱梁制作质量的关键,从箱型钢梁的排版、下料、组装和焊接等工序对箱型钢梁的制作工艺进行了阐述;并对箱型钢梁的制造关键点进行了重点分析,在制作过程中加强过程质量控制,从而保证了箱型钢梁的制作质量,取得良好的效果。

THE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF COMPOSITE BOX BEAM FOR RAILWAY AND HIGHWAY SEPARATION OVERPASS

Due to the fact that a steel box girder has large volume and weight,a plurality of parts,complex structure,and high precision,using factory pre assembled and integrated construction program is the key to ensure the production quality of the box girder,this paper discusses the layout of the steel box girder,cutting,assembling and welding of steel box girder fabrication process; the key point for the manufacture of steel box girder is analyzed,to strengthen the process of quality control in the production,so as to ensure the quality of production of steel box girder,and achieved good results.
