| 摘 要： | 建立CAP1400核电项目施工HSE预警机制,能够有效地辨识和提取隐患信息,提前进行预测警报,使施工项目现场及时、有针对性地采取预防措施,减少事故发生。核电工程项目在构建预警管理系统时,应保证安全生产活动预警的顺畅、便捷及上下统一和协调,科学建立具有CAP1400特色的及标准化的预警系统。

| Abstract: | The establishment of CAP1400 nuclear power project construction HSE early warning mechanism,can effectively identify and extract information on hidden hazards,forecast alarm in advance,so that the preventive measures can be taken for construction project site timely,measures,to reduce accidents. When constructing the early warning management system for a nuclear power project,a convenient,smooth unfied and coordinated warning should be ensured for safety production activities and an early warning system established scientifically with CAP1400 features and standardization. |
