摘    要:采用三乙醇胺早强剂与聚羧酸减水剂进行复配,并研究其在低温环境下对混凝土性能的影响,为开发早强型聚羧酸减水剂进行探索。试验证明:采用三乙醇胺与聚羧酸减水剂复配使用可以有效提高混凝土在低温环境下各个龄期的强度,同时在一定掺量条件下对聚羧酸减水剂的减水、保坍效果影响不大。当聚羧酸减水剂掺量为1.8%时,三乙醇胺的适宜掺量为0.04%~0.06%。

STUDY ON EFFECT OF COMPLEXES OF TRIETHANOLAMINE AND POLY CARBOXYLIC ACID WATER REDUCING AGENT ON PERFORMANCES OF CONCRETE
Abstract:In this paper poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent was combined with triethanolamine to study its low temperature effects on the concrete for the development of early strength poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent.Test proved that using triethanolamine and poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent compound used could effectively improve the strength of concrete at each stage at low temperature,and,at the same time,in a certain content,it had little influence on the water reducing effect and collapse retention effect of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent.when the content of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is 1. 8%,the suitable dosage of triethanolamine is0. 04%-0. 06%.
