| Abstract: | The present state of the industrial constructions in China is summarized on the basis of investigation and statistics. The durability states and problems of concrete structures for the industrial mill buildings are described in four periods according to all constructed periods in China. The causes of durability damage of concrete structures are analyzed and countermeasures are also proposed. |
